This is an exception to the general law that limits the number of liquor licenses in a town. The licenses granted under this bill will be subject to all the provisions of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, except for the section that limits the number of licenses. If a license granted under this act is cancelled, revoked, or no longer in use, the licensing authority can grant it to a new applicant under the same terms and conditions.
