This bill authorizes the town of Webster to grant two additional liquor licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises and two additional licenses for the sale of wine and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises, within the town's "B-4 General Business" district. The licenses granted under this act are subject to certain conditions, such as not being transferable outside the designated district and being returned to the licensing authority if terminated or not renewed. The bill also specifies that the licenses must be exercised in the dining room of a Common Victualer and other approved public areas, and that they must be issued within three years of the act's effective date.
