This Resolution establishes the rules for considering three specific bills in the House of Representatives: H.R. 8294, which makes appropriations for the Departments of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023; H.R. 8373, which protects access to and provision of contraceptives; and H.R. 8404, which repeals the Defense of Marriage Act.
