AI Summary
This bill establishes the offenses of "Reckless Endangerment of an Emergency Service Person in the Second Degree" and "Reckless Endangerment of an Emergency Service Person in the First Degree." The second-degree offense applies to situations where a person, without obtaining a required building permit, alters a building in a way that impedes emergency evacuation and results in the injury of an emergency responder.
