The website will include information on state expenditures, bond debt payments, local government aid, annual revenues, bonded indebtedness, and links to relevant state audits and reports. The director of the budget and the director of the office for technology are responsible for developing and maintaining the website, with agencies required to provide necessary data within 30 days. The bill prohibits the disclosure of individual businesses' tax liability, profits, sales, or losses. The website must retain information for at least 10 fiscal years and be updated as new data becomes available.
