Additionally, the bill mandates that the department of education create a formal complaint procedure to enforce these requirements, with the option for individuals to appeal final departmental determinations to the Massachusetts Superior Court. The bill aims to create a more inclusive and representative educational experience that acknowledges and celebrates diverse perspectives and experiences.
