This bill authorizes the Commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (CAMM) to release a specific portion of a sewer line easement located at 49 Charles Park Road in the West Roxbury section of Boston. The original easement was established in 1897 by the Office of Metropolitan Sewage Commissioners for constructing, maintaining, and repairing sewers and related infrastructure. The bill requires that the release be done in consultation with the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) and based on a survey determining the exact boundaries of the easement portion to be released.
