This bill authorizes the town of Southwick to allow Police Chief David A. Ricardi to continue in his position until June 30, 2018, or potentially later, up to September 19, 2018, provided he remains mentally and physically capable of performing his duties, with the possibility of an impartial medical examination at his own expense to determine this capability.
