Furthermore, any automatic renewal clauses in these contracts must allow consumers to terminate future renewals with at least 30 days' written notice before the renewal date. The bill also requires propane dealers to make their daily delivery prices for residential customers easily accessible, either in person or, if they have a website, prominently displayed online. These provisions will apply to contracts entered into or renewed on or after January 1, 2017, and the act itself will take effect on that date.
