Energy and Natural Resources Act of 2017 This bill amends the Energy Conservation and Production Act, the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, and the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 with respect to energy efficiency for sectors such as buildings, transportation, schools, and manufacturing. Energy infrastructure concerns are addressed, including cybersecurity threats, pipeline permitting, and requirements for enhanced electric grid storage and security as well as bulk-power system reliability.
