Ask AI - how does the BillBot work?
NOTE: BillBot is only available to subscribers who are signed in to BillTrack50.
At the top of each bill page there is an Ask AI button:

This is a feature that we call BillBot. It allows you to ask questions about a bill, and the AI will analyze the bill text and provide an answer. When you click the button, a window will pop up:

Type your question in the text box at the bottom and click Submit.
The question and response appear above:

The AI has provided an analysis of the impact of the bill on health care providers. You can now ask another question if you wish by typing it in the text box.
A few points to note:
- You can have a conversation with BillBot! This means you can ask direct follow up questions such as "What about for insurance companies?"
- You cannot export the responses directly to a bill sheet at the moment, but you can copy and paste into a text box custom column manually. Here is how to create a custom column.
Of course it's important to remember that AI generated responses can be wrong or misleading, so it's important to check the bill text yourself before relying on BillBot's answers. And BillBot hasn't finished law school, so its answers do not constitute legal advice!
