The parcels include a Northeast corner of land located at 220 Old Common Road and the Bolton dam, both of which are detailed in specific deeds recorded in the Worcester district registry of deeds. The town of Bolton may purchase these parcels for general municipal purposes, with a requirement that if the land stops being used for municipal purposes, the property could revert back to the Commonwealth.
