This bill, concerning the conveyance of certain parcels of land in the City of Revere, amends Chapter 877 of the acts of 1977 by adding a new section. This new section, Section 3, allows an "Authority" (likely a governmental or quasi-governmental entity involved in land development or management) to transfer ownership of a specific parcel of land in fee simple to the City of Revere, including any interest the Authority holds in a lease with the city related to that parcel.
